We cannot guarantee course credits will be awarded if the above form is not completed and signed by all parties.
Please note: Post University requires a 73% to accept a Sophia course for undergraduate transfer credit. Students are permitted to transfer a maximum of 15 Sophia credits for an associate’s degree and 30 Sophia Credits into a bachelor's degree.
As of 8/01/25 courses taken with Sophia can only be used in the General Education courses and cannot be applied to Major, Core, Concentrations or Minors.

It was okay, kinda hard to find stuff the info in the milestone test, and some of the questions seemed outdated. In milestone 2 it talked about a fax machine, i have no idea what that is, and im sure many teens around my age would agree. if you want to impact you target more, then give them stuff they know about. i had the same problem in milestone 2 when they asked about purfume and some female singer has her own brand, i had never heard of her before. i think having a not so well know singer isnt the best, i would use talor swift or drake everyone and their mom knows about those singer lol. thanks for the hard work you put in!
